How to be more resilient

We all have to bounce back. Each person needs to be flexible with the waves life throws at us. Let’s be RESILIENT!

Every person has something hard and exhausting going on in their life. Some are more capable to bounce back easier than others. There are so many ways to get through everything that happens so that you can get back on your feet.

“Yes, and” is one technique. An example would be “Yes, my parents are sick and my co-workers are sick, and/but I have a great support system!”
